Stephanie sold our house for us, and I cannot recommend her too highly. She was energetic, completely on top of what as going on, easy to deal with, honest and straightforward. She didn't make unrealistic promises, and dealing with her was an absolute pleasure. (I've never felt that about a realtor before!) In addition she offered services (e.g., a building inspection which was reproduced in the sale brochure) which other agents don't - and the quality of the promotional material was superb. Five well-deserved stars!
