I agree with the other comments. No empathy, no patience, no willingness to educate patient, always a rushed, very poor communication and coordination. I am guessing this is an understaffing issue? My heart breaks for patients who rely on this service"."

zero communication. ZERO.i don't know what the deal is but the management with this organization in Peterborough is non-existent and grossly mis-managed.The actual working PSW's who are mostly great with just a few exceptions, are overworked and underpaid.I also just wanted to thank a PSW personally for everything they did for us but was told we can't do that". All I did was try and leave my phone number for them to reach me if they wanted to
