The service I received was second to none. I walked in. I found an associate to make my purchase with, I came back to pick up the item a few hours later and found two associates to help me load it. Easiest purchasing experience ever. Highly recommend the store

Very customer friendly and homey as the name. A traditional hardware store, small in size but don't forget they'll research, try to problem solve and order for you. My experience has always been a good one.

As some that travel for work all over Canada and other countries and interact with different types of businesses I can safely say that this is North America's Friendliest Business. The level of customer service experience here left me flabbergasted in a very positive way.The steps taken to help me find a particular item went far above and far beyond my expectations helping them secure a very loyal customer, I will happily pay more for a product to be treated like family.The home hardware franchise has an undiscovered gold mine sitting serving a small part of the population instead of running a training center that will motivate people to come back to brick and mortar stores instead of ordering online.

Went in for plumbing supplies. Had everything I needed and Mike helped me find a few specialty items. Also excellent pricing on electrical receptacle contractor packs. Highly recommend.

Needed an item, was out of stock but Pete kindly suggested we could order it.Good service.
