Ordered Tshirts and hoodies for my crew, sizing for their product is way too small. I advised the company. They told me to order from them again but this time using another brand of t shirts and hoodies that would be more representative in terms of sizing. They said to buy more and they would give me a discount. I asked them why no one contacted me prior to my last order to tell me the products chosen are not as equivalent to real sizing in general. Never had a response back. Poor service. If you order there watch out for products that are not true to sizing.

We couldn't be more thrilled with the work of Andy and his team to produce our Basketball team warm-up gear. He helped us find a high quality, affordably priced item that looks fantastic! On top of the great product, these hoodies were turned around in less that two weeks including design time. We will absolutely call on Canadian Custom Apparel for future orders!

Good printing quality but poor customer service. I received my order with a shirt clearly not the right size fompared to the other shirts. I emailed them and never got a response back...

Test washed this HERO2020 Hoodie DTG printed by Canadian Custom Apparel. After the 5th wash I've noticed the print lifting and flaking off. The details were not holding up.I asked why this is happening and they blamed my design is causing it. They cannot reassure you with a good print. I asked for compensation and they did not consider it.Unfortunate experience with these guys. Was hoping better.

I placed an order online of a design I created on their website. Easy to use. I wanted matching hoodies for me and my boyfriend for our anniversary. They turned out perfectly. Except I made a typo when I was designing the hoodies. I contacted them and they fixed it for me! Can’t even tell anything was changed. Looks original. My boyfriend loved them. The hoodies are so soft and comfy too. Great gift and great service from the team!

Very happy with the quality of the shirt and the image printed on it. Extra thanks to Emma who took care of everything and answered all of my questions.
