Such great staff at the store, they know their stuff and help me find everything always.

I can safely say that I have never reviewed my underware choices before. But, pun intended, their DH brand boxers with Model, cotton and spandex are incredible. Best I've ever worn and the fit is great. Love them.

Bought Terra Spider X work shoes and they’re the worst fitting shoes I have ever had. I bought the size 8, which is my normal size in shoes, and they did not fit. Returned and reordered, waited 2 weeks, and the size 7’s are basically the exact same size, honestly thought I was wearing the same shoe. Size 7’s are bigger then my size 8 running shoes (Solomon) of similar build. I’m stuck with these because Mark’s doesn’t carry a smaller size apparently and even if they did I can’t wait another 2 weeks for them. I highly do not recommend these shoes whatsoever.

Service from the employees was great. If I could give a rating based on individual aspects, I would give that 5 stars. The reason for my 3 star rating is the absolute trash quality of Denver Hayes jeans. I bought 2 pairs roughly a month ago as they were buy one get one half price. The first pair I purchased ripped around the rear pocket 3 days after purchasing them. I noticed today that the second pair of jeans has a rip on the front after a month from purchase. I don't work at the moment, so pretty disappointed that the little money I do have to spend went straight in to the garbage can. Unfortunately my wife accidentally threw out the receipt so I am unable to return them. I will not be purchasing this brand of clothing from here again, huge lack of quality. Even Wal-Mart's George brand of jeans will last 10x longer than these for half the price.

The Owner and/or Manager is always a pleasure to deal with, excellent customer service from staff as well.

Customer satisfaction is there goal

Have been buying the same timberland boots from mark's for the last six years. A pair would last me 10-12 months. In September I'm told they no longer carry that boot but they have the brand hi-tech that has a comparable boot. 117 days later I try to explain to the assistant manager that the boots are falling apart and are not waterproof, she explained to me that the boots are waterproof 'it says it on the side of the boot', and I am using them wrong, and she can't do anything being passed the 100 day point.I think I spent around $800 at mark's in the last year, that will end now. I will not be shopping at any mark's store if this is how they deal with their defective products.

Hours are never correct. They don’t even stay open The same hours as Canadian tire. More convenient to shop at amazon and wait for the package because they aren’t open too much.
