Worst acrylic nail I've EVER had.One nail fell off while I was still in the chair - I guess that should've been my first clue. Another one fell off three days later, and a third after seven days. I am not in a profession where my nails are under severe pressure (childcare) and am SUPER unimpressed.The original nails themselves didn't touch the cuticles and within a week, look like they've been on for at least three with the amount of growth and space in between. The bottoms are coming up and cracking around the edges after a few days.That being said, the staff were nice and good conversationalists but I feel like more training is needed to be charging what they do for the quality that they give.

While the ladies working were very friendly, I am concerned about the level of skill and cleanliness. I had a pedicure and got my brows threaded. My brows looked okay after the threading, there were a lot of other people's eye brow hairs scattered around the brow station, having a clean environment would have greatly improved my experience. I really should have stopped the pedicure but the person working was really nice and I was trying not to be rude. The tools used had nail polish from other clients. I thought my cuticle was bleeding a bit afterwards, my toe was sore for weeks but it turns out they caused bleeding under my toenail (I found this out after removing the polish). I soaked my feet in peroxide after as I was concerned about catching an infection. Now to wait and see if my toenail falls off.

I’ve come here twice now and both times the service is just so disappointing. If you get threaded regularly you know the quality of the work/how sharp and precise it is and this place just cannot deliver it. It’s super frustrating as the service is rushed and done in such a poor manner. My eyebrows were barely cleaned/shaped by the time I finished here/grew back in a week of course.

Just had acrylic nails done there. NEVER will go back. Had 5 nails break within a few days. I went back to have 2 nails replaced the second day and she blamed it on her product. Two days after that, three more nails broke. She needs professional training. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE ONNAILS.

I think this establishment should stick with what they're good at, which I assume is threading. I had a pedicure here, my nails weren't evenly trimmed, half of one heel was not pumice thoroughly (I had to finish it myself at home) and she cut my toe.

Great experience! Owner was very accommodating when I made a scheduling error. The young woman that did my facial (I think her name was Ash?) did an awesome job. Very soothing and relaxing, I’ll be booking in with the same employee for a massage ASAP.

I left the salon 2.5 hours ago and my fingers still burn.....I had a manicure by the owner, whether she is qualified or not she should not do nails. First she seemed to cut my cuticles off completely. Then she painted them worse than I could ever do with my wrong hand. I couldn’t leave without saying how I felt about them. I said that they looked messy, not very clean and that I was disappointed. I said that I would just chip off the shellac at home and so to take it off. She chiseled away at my fingers, leaving most of the paint on and hacking into my non existent cuticles into the skin above my nails and left them bleeding. I finally said I had enough and didn’t want her touching my nails. My nails looked great going there, they didn’t even need the manicure but thought I’d treat myself. This is not the place I recommend for going to get your nails done even though they offer this service. My understanding is that if you’re an expert in an area stick to that. If it’s brows, just do brows.I also had a lash tint, as did my friend. I have had it done at several other places and boy did our eyes burn after opening them up. Kinda scary since it’s the eyes and they are so sensitive.I will not return, nor will I recommend to others.

Oh my goodness, I love this place. I have been coming here for a year now and leave the salon satisfied every single time. Well done to the wonderful ladies who work here, keep it up!

Waxing left a scar on my face, even after mentioning that she is dealing with sensitive skin. Eyebrows threading was not clean either. Worst customer experience!
