This store, unlike the Ajax location, treated me very exceptionally. Not only was I able to get the phone I wanted for my upgrade but Stephanie, after hearing how I was treated earlier at the Ajax location, offered to transfer all my data for free instead of my paying for this service. She also gave me a screen protector at the same price I pay at a computer store with unlimited replacements, found me a replacement pic for my home page, lowered my monthly rate (after next month's one time charges go through) and then even lowered my son's rate by $3.00/month with unlimited data? While waiting for my data transfer, I also noticed how both her and her colleague were very respectful and helped another woman with an issue of a locked-out phone. She thought she would have to do a data recovery but somehow she was able to gain access again after Stephanie's colleague worked his magic". Yet another woman dropped off some cookies as appreciation for Stephanie's customer service. Well done! I will definitely go back to this location even if out of the way in the future."

This is my second time getting a phone from Ryan at the Whitby mall. Extremely helpful when it come to explaining the little things most people don’t know about. If you need a phone, don’t think twice. Overall great guy

Unprofessional Experience at the Bell StoreReview:I'm deeply disappointed to share my recent experience at the Bell Store. The service provided by the staff was unprofessional and far from satisfactory.Upon arriving at the store at 7:30 pm on May 10th, 2023, a half hour before the listed closing time of 8 pm, we found the store door already locked. This was surprising, as we expected to have at least another half hour to browse and make our purchase. After knocking, a bald-headed employee with beard told us the store was closed. When we pointed out that the posted hours indicated otherwise, he reluctantly let us in.Our intention was to purchase a device with a plan, but we were promptly informed that the store's computer system was not working. We understood the technical glitch, but we expected him to help us by providing information about the available plans so that we could consider them and return later to make an informed decision. However, the employee was dismissive and unhelpful, stating that all plans and phones cost the same and we should just come back tomorrow.His vague response left us confused and upset. It was evident that he had no intention of helping us understand the different plans or to make an informed decision. His approach was unhelpful and gave us the impression that he was more interested in closing up early than in providing good customer service.In conclusion, the lack of professionalism and poor customer service exhibited by the staff at this Bell Store was disappointing. Customers should not be turned away before closing time, and they certainly deserve detailed and accurate information about the products and services offered by the company. I hope this feedback helps the store to improve its customer service in the future

Just upgraded my phone and switched to Bell. Had a great experience with Eric the representative. He was so knowledgeable and very helpful. I would definitely send my friends in to have Eric help them.

Ryan was a great help to my father and I this afternoon. He has a new Motorolla which I couldn't seem to figure out today, and Ryan took the time to help us even if we didn't purchase anything at our visit.Great service, I would highly recommend this location! Best Bell store in Durham region. The on site staff manager rectified a problem I was having regards to WIFI on my cell phone. Another Bell store couldn’t be bothered. This coming from a retired Bell employee. Nice to know some people still value good service!

Had a great experience with Gilbert at the store yesterday. My wife and I had issues with our phones that the store at the Oshawa Center couldn't figure out. The Oshawa Center had set them up originally and didn't even want to try and diagnose the issue. Tried to send me to a repair place next door when the issue was as easy as defective SIM cards. Was in twice in a few days.We went to this store and Gilbert quickly figured out it was a problem with the SIM cards and fixed our issue.I will definitely be back to this location for my further Bell needs. Would rather talk to people who know what they are doing then deal with people ( like at the Oshawa Center Bell Store) who are only concerned with sales and their commission.Thank You.
