Last summer my Toyota died and i needed a jump, but once i drove ahead it died again, so off to Pender Harbour Diesel for a new battery. With my friend in tow we went to SK Auto because we thought the alternator was toast. But within an hour Sk called and said the truck was ready, turned out the old batteries plates shorted out. Lucky to have this crew here! I switched to SK three years ago after a bad experience at another shop in Sechelt... these guys were highly recommended. Recently I had a day to kill in city so took my Tacoma to dealership for an ‘express oil change’... the dealership failed the front end and said I had a critical engine oil leak ...I said I had a regular mechanic and only had to get to the ferry home and declined service. SK’s crew checked my truck over and it was 100% fine... I figured it would be as I usually had it serviced at SK and they know my vehicle and keep it well... the dealership must of been fishing and it is same thing that happened before. SK is an honest shop that does great work. They will do what they can to get you in quick and worth the time and money. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Fair prices and never an issue with their work. Highly recommend this business.

Just want to say thanks to Chuck and Tim for taking a look at my battery and alternator when my battery light turned on unexpectedly. When there was no issue to be found, I was in and out in under 10 minutes with no charge. Top notch work from a reputable business.

Passing through Sechelt when our car started making weird engine noises. Turns out one of the spark plugs came out. SK Automotive took a look and fixed it right up for us. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Thank you so much!

Booked an appointment during the busy season, let me cancel and rebook without any trouble, did the repair for an affordable price, diagnosed and fixed another issue, and installed a new bulb in a hard to access location for no cost.They know cars and I found them to be trustworthy and fair, I couldn't have asked for more.
