I had such an amazing experience using WeChalet! There’s always a huge selection of beautiful chalets and the platform is extremely user friendly. Not to mention that customer service is A1 and our questions are never left unanswered. Definitely recommend, all my Chalet getaways are booked via this platform.

The reservation was easy and the cabin was as described. During our stay we couldn't use the key box and the manager was easy to join (on a Friday night!) and manage to join th e owner to find a rapid solution with a spare key. Very satisfied and wil use for my next vacation!Thank you

I haven't actually stayed at the place I booked yet, but I'm very impressed with the customer service so far. There was an issue with double booking on the original place I rented, as the renter had not updated their calendar to reflect a booking made outside of the WeChalet system. However, Dany (the owner) contacted me immediately to notify me of the problem and worked tirelessly to find another spot for me. He had everything sorted in less than a day with continuous communication throughout. This was even though it was on Labour Day (busy) at Mont St. Anne for the UCI World Cup (double busy)!

This experience were for me super nice and super easy! The website allows you, and direct you to what you want when exploring and having a trip in nature, and mostly through rent of cottage and chalet. It’s a great plus value comparing to other websites.

It was my first time using wechalet, I was very satisfied with my experience, there were a lot of chalet to choose from and the one we stayed at was absolutely amazing, we will be using we chalet again for sure.
