I've had a great experience with this local auto shop: Giorgio is a fantastic business owner, with an honest and reliable work ethic, favouring and fostering long-term relationships with his customers, and offering very fair prices compared to larger dealerships and other shops. Comes strongly recommended by my neighbours, and I would vouch for his excellent quality of service as another witness to his workmanship.

I took my mother-laws car to the dealership as we were having transmission issues. The dealership took less than an hour and $129 later to tell us that it required a brand new transmission and labour was over 5,000. Handed me a quote with a smile and offered to book me in. I knew there had to be a better option. I left there and drove straight to Mister Transmission on Woodchester in Mississauga. I was greeted by the owner Georgio and each time there after, great service! He offered to have the car looked at and give us a quote for the repair with no cost to us! He personally drove the car and decided to have his team look into it further. After a day he called us back and said that he was able to get a great transmission for us and would have it installed in a day. The final cost was so much lower than the dealership we agreed and had the transmission replaced. He suggested to have the the car brought back in a few weeks for a complimentary inspection. During this inspection he found that the oil in the car was dangerously low and put in 3 quarts of oil without even asking! As a small business owner myself I felt compelled to ensure that this story is told and that anyone considering which location to visit; looks no further!I'm telling you if you need any work done on Transmissions this is the best place to take it. I have a Toyota rav4 2013 Symptoms were , low speed shudder between 35-45 KmDealer told me that it has problem with torque converter .So it has to be replaced .the cost would be $2000 . Suddenly I called Mr Giorgio .He at once ask me to come to his shop .He took test drive . Then he told me he will fix it without changing torque converter . He did it .He saved me $1650 and did an excellent job . I am fully satisfied with his services . He is a veryprofessional and honest person . Did extensive work on my 08 mustang transmission for which the parts were extremely hard to find. This work was done about 8 months ago and I’ve had not a single issue since. Extremely helpful and kind staff who accommodate for their customers very well. Overall 10/10 experience they have a lifetime customer in me.

I schedule an appointment to meet with Giorgio as I felt my transmission was shifting a bit on the hard side and wanted to be proactive in addressing the problem. He took the car for a test drive and stated there was nothing wrong with the transmission. He felt the little harder than usual shifting was probably due to the fluid being cold. He advised me regarding things to keep an eye out for and was most helpful taking a fair bit of time explaining things for me. Giorgio is a wonderful, honest individual who I will go to, should I have any transmission issues in the future.

Giorgio and his team are so trustworthy and honest! I was referred to him by my mechanic to fix my rear main seal. It turned out it didn't need to be fixed after all. Giorgio was so upfront and honest about admitting no work was needed. He even found another problem elsewhere in my car and even recommended that I get my own mechanic to fix it rather than himself. And on top of that he topped up my coolant free of charge! Someone like this deserves as much business as possible. I will definitely be referring Giorgio and his team to my friends and family. And obviously I will be going to him directly for any transmission needs in the future. Thank you Giorgio for your honesty!

Highly recommend this location specifically. I had to bring my vehicle in to have the transmission looked at . Giorgio and his team were very professional and pleasant to do business with. They diagnosed the issue quicker than I expected and offered a few different solutions. A few days after I had my car back I received a call asking if everything was running smoothly with the repair and was asked to reach out if there was anything else they could help with in the future. This is a level of service that is not often seen , and one I have not experienced at any other location.
