We were curious to explore what was available in low maintenance Condo living for when my husband was ready to retire and downsize from a home-based business, in our large two-story house. We enjoyed talking about the real estate market at that time with Margie and explained that we were looking at a two to three-year window before we thought we would be ready to make this transition. I contacted Margie looking for a condo or townhouse. I had indicated that we wanted to set up some viewings in the following few days She called back and set me up on “ prospector” a automated web page where I selected the top choices that were of interest.That was the last I heard back.I can only assume that she is very busy and not interested in a cash buyer. But not really impressed with customer service. Too bad.
