NAPA AUTOPRO - Linwood Garage

I truly appreciate the last minute work that had to be done on my Jeep.As I was driving into work that morning at 1:30am my brakes were barely working. Once I arrived at work in Linwood I emailed the Linwood Garage to see if they could pick up my Jeep and fix the issue. They did just that.Through diagnostic they discovered some issues as well as why my brakes failed. I received a detailed message with the issues (with pictures) that needed to be attended to by priority. Shortly after I received a call to discuss what should be fixed immediately.We decided to focus just on the brakes today and work on the rest overtime.Such a great team to be able to take the Jeep in so quickly and work with me based on priorities of the repairs.My mechanic in my hometown was telling me that my Jeep didn’t need any repairs and then this happened. Through this garage I found out that my Jeep needs a great deal of work done.Thank you so much for informing me so I can work to make my Jeep a safe vehicle to drive and being so kind to me as well.You will be getting my business from now on. This Garage is fantastic. I do some work on my vehicles, I try to maintain our vehicles, keep them for a while. I often encounter something well beyond my capabilities. Linwood Garage has consistently repaired complex problems for us since the start. It is very refreshing and valuable to be able to speak directly to the technician performing the repairs on your vehicle. The cost is always given in advance, reasonable, nice to have no surprises when the bill is prepared. I will echo what has been indicated on so many earlier posts, they always take the few minutes to take care of a customer, no matter how busy they are. This is very consistent, by all who work there. They deserve all the 5 stars you see here. This level of service and engagement is rare.Thank You!

You replaced bearings and inspected one of our vehicles at a considerably lower cost than a quote we received elsewhere, and did a very quick unscheduled battery replacement on our other vehicle. This allowed us to be able get on with our day without being stuck without a vehicle for hours - we appreciate the quick and thorough care!

Jake and his team are very professional. I had to get my vehicle in recently on an emergency basis and they got me in right away (might of even stayed late in the day) to get my vehicle back on the road!
