The customer service agent I dealt with was horrible he went over the optional insurance service vaguely with little details and tried to scam me in getting in after I told him several time I don’t want it. It wasn’t until I started arguing with him he told me it was optional. He also lied and told me interest is 2.5% per month which doesn’t make sense when it a higher interest loan. Lastly, he said that he would print a check to send to my creditors and after printing it does not even have my account number to be able to efficiently pay off my other credit cards. This experience has been horrible and I wish I walk out when I realize the customer service rep was lying to me. Be really careful when doing business with them make sure you read all the fine print.

I had a very good experience with this branch. The financial reps were friendly and helpful. The only thing I would recommend is for them to go over the details of the loan beforehand so that you have all of the information beforehand.

Customer service is great. Everyone in the office is very friendly, helpful and detailed. They provided me with all the information I needed to make an educated decision on getting a debt consolidation loan. The loan process was easy and quick. Would highly recommend.
