Wish calendar was easier to find. Like if holidays affect my pick up day. Notification would be helpful if it is affected by a holiday.

Trying to get a replacement trash bin due to hauler accidentally dumping original trash bin in garbage truck is impossible. Almost 3 weeks since issue first reported and still no replacement. Have called WM 4 times and that hasn’t helped. WM keeps saying replacement bin will be delivered but still has not. Once paid period is up, I will choose a different trash hauler and will never come back to WM.

We have a small cabinet shop and are a growing business. WM has been great to work with so far. They offer us additional pick ups of our permanent 2 yard dumpster as needed at a reasonable price. They also worked with us on placement of dumpster, we have a challenging site with alley access and overhead wires. Instead of just saying they couldn’t provide the service we needed we worked together to find a solution.

This company is developing a monopoly in our area. The price range can be $100 difference between neighbors. When we started complaining about our prices and found the difference we would call and they would put the price the same amongst us . Now they quit that and everyone's price is outrageous. When my price goes up I will be getting a different vendor. But then they may just buy out that company, like they have done to others. The employees do great, it's the companies practice that I totally dislike.

The price is outrageous!! Our wheels broke on the can and it took over a month for them to fix it. Always have to pick it up off the ground before bringing it to the house. Trash must fly out of the truck because I have to pick up trash in the ditch.

The hauler opens the gate up and dumps the garbage and to lazy to get out of his truck to close gate. When asking him to open one of the box lids because not everyone has long arms to hold open and put there garbage in. I was told that's your maintenance man's job. Well we do not have a maintenance man on premises.He drives off...his PR and attitude needs adjusting. Apartment Complex

I called to cancel service as the rates had continued to increase and I had a competitor that would give me the same service for half the price I was paying. Mike was very willing to lower my rate to meet the competitor, which is great as I had no complaints about the service. I still feel a bit burned that I was paying such a high rate for over a year...

The pickups are fine, but I, as an elderly person has to continually monitor your Billings as the can keep adding on to my bill each time, that amounts up to$ 10. or more a year. I am lucky to have one small 13 gal bag a week. You need to be more responsible to your customers if you are raising fees.
