DR. TAN whom I see and all of the receptionists and hygienists have always been amazing to me. I recently had a major procedure done and I was so scared because even though I knew I needed it - I didnt want it. Everyone was so great at accommodating me, whether I was calling to make more appts to check stuff, or if I was in pain Dr.tan and his staff always made room for me. I have NEVER had a bad experience with this dentalgroup. And I would recommend 100%. I don't plan on ever leaving if I can help it. They have me for life lol!

I've gone to Linh for teeth cleaning 3 times now. She does a great job and I would highly recommend her and the Britnell Smiles Dental.Great job!

They are just amazingly friendly and understanding of all patients. They make you feel comfortable and not judged, it is quick, efficient and I would 100% recommend going to see dentist Danny Tan!

The service is not good but it really depends on who is working that day… which sucks.They don’t care to make you comfortable, some dentists that are there like the petite girl with dark hair who does whitening was Amazing! She was so caring, always checked in when I was bleaching my teeth and gave amazing teaching about what to do that was last year. I was there not too long ago and one staff member rushed me out of the chair before I could even say thank you and ask what my next step would be. She had my stuff in her hand and just rushed me out of the room, I felt disrespected. They gossip about the people they are servicing and the atmosphere is not very genuine. I wish I could switch to a different dental place but it would be too much of a hassle.

Phenomenal service! From the front reception staff , to the hygienist and lastly the dentist, everyone was superb! Highly recommend this location. They explain everything in great length and make sure your benefits are covered for before your appointment. Also the facility is very clean and modern :)

I had a wonderful experience here today!! I booked my appointment late last week, got in today after work, and I was out in less than 45 minutes for a tooth extraction!! Dr. Lam and his team are incredible, he made me feel super comfortable (I'm a nervous wreck at the dentist) and just has a wonderful way of speaking to people. The receptionists were also just great, very helpful, positive and you could just tell they enjoyed their jobs. 10/10 Dental office, and I'll be recommending them to friends and family :)

Very pleasant staff , very welcoming and helpful. Lin does an excellent job cleaning my teeth, never any discomfort and never any delays or waiting for my appointment. I always feel like I being treated fairly and honestly.I highly recommend Brintnell Smiles
