Cooldel - Local Grocery Stores Delivery Service

Very impressed with the delivery service from Cooldel! Easy website to navigate with accurate information on each item, checkout was also a breeze. Since I had placed my order in the evening (from Mourelatos), it arrived promptly the next day and all was perfectly packaged and super fresh. Even the ready-to-eat meals were still warm by the time they arrived!Quick customer service replies as well via e-mail.Will be ordering again very soon, keep up the amazing work!

Have been using the service since 2021-01. They now have quite a list of local grocery stores. The one I choose is Mourelatos. At the beginning it was 9.49 per delivery that was waved for any order over 200$. Along the way there we different promotions for orders over 99$ (if I remember correctly).The staff at Mourelatos are very good at choosing good produce. Very careful about sending fresh stuff. For example they don't weigh the fruit and vegetables. This is how it gets counted... Customer determines how many apple of this type you want and puts it in the shopping cart. The staff at Mourelatos updates it often (average cost of 1 apple of that type) and then it gets updated on Coodel's site. ( If I understand their process correctly.)So you pay per item not per pound. It works out fine. Not everything is on the website but if you want a particular product you can add it or chat with Cooldel to get it added to your order. Mourelatos sells Greek Feta cheese that is much better (fresher) that most other grocery storesWhen you order you don't know exactly when it will arrive but they keep it cold. They use boxes to send your order. They were really excellent at providing good prices during the pandemic. If you remember grocery shopping in 2021 was quite difficult because you never sure what you receive. (in grocery stores in general) I liked to order more at Mourelatos because I got better results with Mourelatos-Cooldel. In my experience Cooldel - Mourelatos was really the place to get fresh veggies fruit. Their oranges are really very good.Delivery staff are awesomeSecurity is good (2 step verification with Shop Pay). The accounting part is also excellent they can handle refunds if they don't have what you buy. If want to add some items Cooldel Chat line just sends another payment request.They offer a monthly membership 10+ taxes to get any many deliveries per month over that a 4$ service fee gets added on.I have shopped at many stores and with the cost of inflation, I find that Cooldel is a very good choice for us.

Shout out to the great service I received. It was my first time ever ordering online and the experience was awesome. Fruits and veggies were even better than when I select my groceries. I strongly recommend their services and have already told my family about them. Thank you very much to this Company.

I have been using cooldel a few times now. They make eating healthy really easy. The food gets delivered to the house, fresh and well packed. They also have a great customer service team. I did a mistake on one of my orders, and they couldn't have been nicer and helped me fix it right away with no extra charge. Overall my experience with them has been great.

I have used this service a few times now. The idea is great, getting with the times I guess, but their customer service and delivery service is beyond me. I place an order matter what time of day and never have an idea of when it will show up. Contact someone via E-mail, get a response two days later suggesting they we're busy. Also, the delivery drivers seem to think it's OK to show up at 9:15 p.m. to drop off the 2nd HALF of an order? ( this has happened twice now ).All to say, if you don't mind waiting literally all day for your order. Then this is a GREAT option for you. Otherwise, avoid it.

This has become my go-to grocery delivery option for the last few months. I really love the produce at Marché Eden and the Cooldel people have the best customer service. If I have questions or make a mistake on my order, they're always quickly to reply. Plus getting stuff same day is awesome. It's all packaged well, the fruit is never bruised -- they just do a great job.

Ordered and paid my dues. Never heard from them since then. I’ve been trying to reach them since 3 days ago and just today, I get an email stating that I am getting a full refund for my entire order. I don’t even know why..11 days after. Very unprofessional, no follow-ups or nothing. I think that’s the least you could do after someone pays for their order. I do not recommend using this company’s services.

Horrible experience! Tried the service, ordered 22 items that showed in stock, received 10 items and two of them was not what I ordered. Once you complete the transaction you have no idea when the order will be delivered. You need to wait for a follow-up email saying when they deliver. If you have issues, good luck with Customer Service". First there is no one available after 6 p.m. to assist you. I was charged delivery that suppose to be included. At first they refused to refund the amount. It took several emails

I would like to start off by saying what a great service. My wife and I where pleased with the produce. Fresh and the store even called to offer us substitute for the items that were unavailable. There was an item missing and when I contacted customer service she answered promptly and fast!!!! I recommend Cooldel great concept and reliable
