This place is really nice. Lots of high quality indigenous created art and other usable items. They need better signage. We almost didn't go in but so glad we did.

They have a nice selection of stones and tasty smoked fish at the grocery...also their weather forecast is something to don't forget. If the stones are as meaningful as this forecast, then enjoy them as jewelery, look what I try.

Amazing, super friendly staff! By far the largest Trading Post on the 17. They have items made by members of their First Nation with remarkable bead work! I wish I could order from them online!!

Its a can't miss trading post off the highway. Large store with crafts, art & more, pricey but not unreasonable. Gas bar & chip stand with fresh cut fries (Yes!!) makes it a great pit stop on our travels.

Serpent River Trading Post
First time here although passed it many times before. Perhaps because it lacks that something to draw you in. Once inside it was a typical Trading Post wit lots of hand made and mass produced crafts, pictures, clothing, paintings, sculptures, etc: There is a very large separate clothing section with lots to choose from. I recommend stopping in for a look. You never know what you might find.

Surprising and impressive selection of Native-themed crafts, artwork and attire. Reasonable prices too. A great place to get a good head start on Christmas and birthday gifts!

Serpent River Trading Post
Seemed to be a joint Service Ontario and community center with a large, well stocked gift shop at its center. The bead jewelry in particular are great, as are the great moccasin selection. A lot of FN art goods that are also available from many other places. Found a good deal on a couple of Spyderco knives as well. Serpent river FN stuff is represented as well.
