Pretty corrupt place, former owner and gang always win elections . They post super small notices ( at election time ) so members don’t know the facility is funded with public tax dollars

Centre Multiforme St-Raphael
A small suburban arena that is part of a larger sports complex. The comfortable contoured seats are the same ones that you will find in the Montreal Olympic Stadium. The arena (named for NHL pro Vincent Lecavalier) has a small snack bar and average-sized dressing rooms.
