If you can avoid this location, definitely do so! The staff do not care to help you out or find what you’re looking for, customer service will send you to the next worker who will send you to the next worker. I waited in line to ask for a similar item to what was unavailable in the store and the woman at customer service was rude and very quick to brush me off, she did not even look into the item at question and sent me to the wrong isle. The older gentleman who works in the appliance department could not care less to assist you - he was just irritated with me the whole time and noticeably did not want to help me. This is not how such a hardware store should be run and ALL of the other locations I’ve been to have been so kind and helpful. Very disappointed with my experience here!

Today I went to this branch with my family and had a huge perches for my dad and two men really helped me a lot. And I wanted to thanks them. First of all “Sam” who helped me with his great customer service. He explained everything very well to us and he was really patient with my family and I. And also another thanks to “kawoos”. He helped us with choosing the right tools. He had a very high knowledge about tools. And also very patient too as well.

Family staff. Not busy. I noticed that people were working in departments with no experience.

The staff is so helpful and nice . I often buy my tools from this branch.I would like to thank Miss TALA who works there because she always supports and gives a best advice to the customers.

Cargo truck rental deposit wasn't return until you visit and complain.1) Cargo truck rental on Jun 18 with $500 deposit2) Cargo truck was returned Jun 18 and charge $30 and $470 need to return.3) no return till July 8.4) visit Cargo truck rental shop but, a guy high-handed and told me that Homedepot never lie and you need to check your credit card again.5) meet the store manager to investigate and he is going to call me once it is done.6) no call on next day but, finally I got $470 my deposit.

Wide selection of home hard ware, great selection of carpets, flowers, seasonal furniture, cleaning materials,… kind, knowledgeable staff, kind and helpful. Sometimes they are very short on staff. Today was my lucky day. Mustafa helped me on plumbing section and it was very fast.

Be careful with Cargo truck rental that my deposit is not returned unless revisit and asked the refund after 20 days later.I rented a Cargo truck June 18 and expect to get refund $470 ($500 - $30) soon but, it wasn't returned till July 8.so I revisited the rental depot but, one guy told me Homedepot naver hold your money and don't like to hear my situation so I asked the store manager to check it out and he promised to call back to me tomorrow. today is the next day and now 9pm and didn't get the call but, my credit card shows the refund is happened now.I got a feeling that the refund never happens if I didn;t check my credit card history.so please check your credit card history if you rent a cargo truck at the home depot brench.
