New management have no clue about customer service or the needs of painters. Seemingly don't care. I applaud the few original staff for trying.NOV. 15TH - notified as of today no more special orders for contractors ( overalls etc). No incentive to keep our business account here.

Best place to shop for paint and supplies. Their service is top notch. Always willing to answer your questions and try their best to recommend the right paint for the job. No gimmicks. I've been coming to them for years so this is not a one off visit and review. I choose them over Home Depot for paint any day.

They acknowledge my inexperience in painting and assisted me with professionalism consulting with each other to meet my high demands. If I could give a 0 star I would !! DARLEEN is supposed to be a manager, her customer service and dealing with her own mistake was horrific !! I have never been serviced that way before. She knew she was in the wrong one simple fix she could have helped the situation and she chose NOT to. She chose to Be defensive and rude. If you’re having a bad day don’t take it out on your customers.

Great customer service! Alea (sorry not sure how to spell her name) really helped us out over the phone. She helped us with a problem we didn’t even know we had! Curb side pickup was super easy to do as well. Definitely coming back here for all my painting needs

Very bad service they don’t care to help customers they ignore what we need ,they don’t like to talk to customers if we ask them about product I will never go there again
