Wasted my time going to scott for a mortgage approval, poor communication, save your self time and money go to your local 5 big banks and get an approval through them.

If i could give 0 star I definitely would. Wasted 2 weeks of our time, said we were approved than turns out miscalculated the income that was told. Never returns a phone call or text if. After finding out we couldn’t get it approved and wasted our realtors time walked into scotia bank and they got it done for us in 3 days! Save your self time and your agents by choosing different broker!

We were so fortunate to have found and contacted Scott. We were dealing with another broker who had tried their best to get us a mortgage. They were unable to get us one with a regular bank and said we could go to a B lender with much higher rates, almost 4 times higher than the mortgage Scott got us.
