Thank you so very much for your super excellent response in both guidance from Wendy as well as home appointments for my non-heating furnace. Clear explanation & notes on what was handled in service. Over and above when Sylvain got heat working whilst new parts were getting procured. Moe was patient in explaining the maintenance steps he was conducting.Great service; I am a satisfied customer. We had an issue with our furnace and they came as promised, quickly and clearly outlined the service charges we would expect to be charged for the weekend hours. In the end we needed a new furnace and Luc took his time to walk me through all the options including the details on financing. They were fast and reliable - I would recommend them again.

Service technician could not diagnose my gas fireplace issue. Promised that the service manager would look into the issue and get back to me. I never heard from them again...even after I followed up with a phone call. I did not get the impression that the technician knew anything about gas fireplaces. $145 for nothing.

I retired last year after working in the residential construction industry for over 40 years as a self employed Construction Project Manager. Over that time frame I watched the slow but unquestionably slow deterioration of proper client service within our industry and many others. To my delight last year I found Parent Heating and Cooling. We had purchased a newly renovated home and the furnace required service . They explained in detail how the service work was handled, they gave me a quote, they showed up on time, they did EXACTLY what they said they would do and when they left the technician swept my furnace room floor, it was cleaner than when they had arrived.This past week our on demand hot water heater stopped working, it was Sunday morning. I called their emergency line, again they promptly returned my call. The Tech showed up exactly when he said he would. Having examined the heater he told us, yes, it was a very good unit but unfortunately the company that made it had since gone out of business and he did not think parts were available. Still he managed to get it going at least temporarily but told us it would likely fail again which it did actually within a few hours.The next day I started doing some research and eventually we decided to get a new unit installed. I shopped around a bit but in the end Parent came back to us with the proper equipment at a competitive price and again, showed up when they said they would and did EXACTLY what they said they would do.So, if you need help with heating or cooling at your home, there is NO question, these are the guys to call.. Knowledgeable, professional, qualified, competitive , prompt are all the right words, but at Parent these are not just words these are in grained in the companies culture. 5 STARS FOR SURE!!

Called 8 days ago, for service call, was told September 28, 11 am, at 1.00pm, called back, and was told October 28, why wait for a business that doesn't care about you, they almost charged me $XXX, same fee Visa Charges them

Parent Heating & Cooling installed a ductless AC unit in my home over twenty years ago and it served me so well that I returned to this company when I wanted to upgrade to a new unit this year. The new unit is quiet, efficient, and effective, and I'm extremely pleased with it. I did not have to wait long for a visit from the company for the estimate and the unit was installed just a week later. The people I dealt with at Parent Heating & Cooling all through the process were knowledgeable, professional, organized, and friendly. I highly recommend Parent Heating & Cooling.

I want to thank Parent' for their excellent service and support over the years with my home's heating and air conditioning. I know that this is a very demanding time for your company with emergency calls and must be quite stressful. I wanted to make a highly positive review of your company but didn't see a way to do that on this site so am just sending this message. Specifically, Greg has on many calls (some critical) done excellent work for us keeping costs reasonable, doing highly effective work and being informative as well. All Parent staff have been very good in my experience but I would also like to acknowledge Wendy's good work in setting up appointments expeditiously and even putting me through to a technician a couple of times. Anyway, it's been at least 15 years of excellent service.Thank you, Parent Heating and Cooling for your important work.

Called them to install gas service & convert from an electric stove to a new gas range. Even in an old house with a complicated set up they did a great job. Friendly, clean work and efficient. Highly recommend them!

I'm so happy I decided to call Parent Heating & Cooling. I have used them in the past for my AC and have always had excellent service. This company will repair and not just tell you that you have to buy a new system. I recently contacted them because my air handler had stopped working. My current provider was suggesting I had to replace the unit telling me it was too old and could not be fixed. He was charging me $7K (ridiculous). Parent sent a tech the next day and the tech was able to diagnose and confirm the same day that he would be able to order a replacement pump to replace the defective. It took another 2 days to receive the part and the tech installed it and my system was working again. I am so grateful for the service I received from this company and recommend to others. The tech was very polite and honest with the work and the final price was the same as the original quote, no surprises! I will now call them to book my annual AC maintenance!

Tech came out to do hvac an ac maintenance.Very friendly and professional. Showed the work that was done and detailed an issue he addressed. Gave me a few pointers to save on my gas and hydro bills as well.Highly recommend!
