1000% blindsided....... Motif labs is definitely a place where favorites are played With the higher ups. If you're not part of the in" crowd or you're not a tattletail your job could be in jeopardy depending on who likes you.They take here Say as if it's God's word with No investigation. So all you have to do if you don't like somebody is tell a lie and they'll be fired they dismiss employees without explanation but only after getting an 8 hr work day out of you. The pay is garbage by monthly at $1197 per pay so 2 jobs are needed to support a family the hours are a continental day shift so plenty of time off

Highly recommend you do not work here. They like to let people go before their three months is over and then not give them a reason to why and say we don’t have to. You are in your three months and this has happened to multiple people completely unprofessional.
