The behaviour I have witnessed from the old women that work at this store is disgusting. Yelling at the students that are on their lunch break and even telling them to go to hell" is very unprofessional. All they were doing was standing outside the store minding their own business and they get spoken to like that!?! After seeing how rude these women are I would never shop there. Shame on those women."

I have dealt with Lovell since childhood...minus a few years away from Durham as a post secondary student, and adult. Having been back in Durham for many years now; Lovell King st was my first and only choice. Amazing staff, sales, post office, and pharmaceutical. I'm always impressed beginning with my first step into the store.

Always friendly. If busy takes longer to get to counter but that is true everywhere. Normally I manage to mail things or pick up prescriptions during less busy times. Pharmacy folks have always been helpful and nice.

This small pharmacy is really convenient to doctor offices. Very friendly and helpful people. Is great convenience for those sudden first aid trips.

This place is filled with miserable people who have absolutely no concept of customer service. Every time I have entered this store I have overheard employees complaining openly about each other and customers. On top of this they are prone to making mistakes as none of them seem to understand basic technology use. If they can't get my bill right, treat me like a human being, have my prescriptions ready when they say they will, why would I trust them to dispense properly? I wouldn't. And neither should you.

Although I do like this store, today I went to pick up my prescription and the pharmacist who is assisting customers at the checkout, not behind the plexiglass area is wearing her mask BELOW her upper lip! A young man wearing his mask properly then took over. As I was leaving the pharmacist had moved her mask under her chin!This is why we are going backwards!

Great personable customer service when Dane was the pharmacist.After his retirement, there is no customer service at the pharmacy. They want your pound of flesh.
