Everything was great, but you need to have more staff at the breakfast buffet. I don't mind waiting for fresh food but you ran that clerk ragged and it was not ok. Please schedule an additional person specifically dedicated to keeping the buffet stocked.

Room was nice. But it is located beside a train yard. The doors between our room and the next meant everything was heard. The shower barely was warm let alone hot. I would probably book elsewhere next time.

The front desk was slow, rude and incompetent. Really do not think the front desk staff is well matched to the service industry and really should be replaced unfortunately. I have to admit this was the worst I've experienced in any city or with any competing accommodation provider. Would avoid this hotel completely.I acknowledge the owner's response to my review. However, this response mentions requirement for a photo ID and credit card. Neither of which are related to subject of my complaint. I will wait to hear back regarding my formal complaint with Wyndham.

The pool and hot tub looked like the water was filmy and yellow was extremely itchy after swimming went to take a shower no hot water. At 4am was woken out of a deep sleep as people were screaming in the hallway. Overall do not recommend!!!

We checked in on a Friday and was greeted by friendly staff, we ended up needing some utensils and a bottle opener and they were quick to help us out. You have complimentary coffee and tea for your whole stay.We went to the pool and the hot tub and enjoyed both.We checked out on Sunday and enjoyed our weekend. Would recommend

While the room was nice, the lack of hot water during our overnight stay was beyond irritating. Not only was the hott tub barely lukewarm but our room had a max heat that an infant would be happy in. When we let staff know, a technician came to our room and informed us that the hot water was regulated and that there was nothing they could do. The fact that you couldn't half fill the bath before the water got cold did not seem to phase them. We were also told management would call us the next day, however, 4 days later no word.
