I absolutely love the service I get with Brit. She is an absolute delight to talk to, she’s thorough and I feel amazing when I leave knowing that I always look my best.The quality of her work and the product used is a testimony in itself. I travel a good distance because I won’t have anyone else touch my lashes. They are soft, luscious and absolutely beautiful. They look real! I am constantly complimented on my eyes and beautiful lashes ☺️

Brittany was wonderful! Clearly very knowledgeable with doing lashes!she checked in to make sure I was doing okay throughout and her set up was comfortable and inviting!Highly recommend coming here for lash extensions and she does provide other services as well!Brittany was also accommodating and was able to get me in pretty quickly which was also an added bonus!

I had my eyebrows microbladed 5 years ago at a salon in Barrie and over time they had changed color (dark brown to coral) I asked Brittny at The Beauty Spot if she could correct my brows as I was very unhappy with them. She was able to find the perfect color to cover the coral and return my brows to a beautiful shade of brown. I couldn’t be happier with the results! I highly recommend The Beauty Spot for brows & lashes!

I had a reaction to the adhesive at anther salon and was not able to get a response to my emails or phone calls. I called the Lash Room and once Mercedes heard my situation that my eyes were sore, red and itchy she was able to accommodate me the same day to have the lashes removed. Amazing customer service. I've already booked an appointment to have lashes redone with a different adhesive. So looking forward to making this my new lash home!!!!!

Mercedes always does such a great job on my lashes! I always look forward to each visit knowing she always does her best work everytime while also making sure you're satisfied before you go. She's so sweet and makes every appointment comfortable and welcoming. I would recommend Mercedes to anyone who is looking to get their lashes done . You will not leave disappointed!

I go to Mercedes to get my eyelashes done and she’s amazing. She always does an amazing job because she takes her time and doesn’t rush through. She always makes you comfortable because I always fall asleep but because she gives off such a relaxing vibe and her hands are as light as a feather. I would recommend The Lash Room to anyone who was wanting to get their eyelashes done for the first time!!

Had my permanent lip makeup at the beauty spot in coldwater and am in love. My lips look naturally flushed and the colour is a perfect match. Compliments my skin ton and makes me feel more confident without makeup on. Attention to detail, cleanly, professional. :)

I cannot stress on how amazing Mercedes is. I went to her for my first ever lash extension and I haven’t stopped going. She takes care of you and makes sure you’re satisfied while you’re there. She makes sure you go home the fullest and the glamorous lashes. I love her and her work!

I had a great experience while receiving my lashes with Beauty Spot Lashes. Brittany was very diligent on ensuring I was receiving the lashes requested. Very kind and always ensuring I was doing okay. It was quick to get a fresh set of hybrids and I absolutely love them. I also want to state she was very accommodating with setting an appointment and ensuring flexibility.Just want to note how clean and comfortable the area was, while getting my lashes! I will be going again soon!
