High Park Manor Apartments

Horrible experience! I have tried to set up viewings with the manager. At first everything seemed nice and easy going. Then the lack of communication started. I was waiting on a call to schedule one as per my last conversation with the manager. I also saw some discrepancies with the prices of the rental unit between their website and their ad on kijiji. I am very disappointed in my dealings with this company. One, these difference between the site and ad, and two, the lack of communication and interest in getting back to me when the manager said he would. I feel this needs to be addressed and corrected in someway. I am very disappointed in my dealings with this company.... It is hard enough to find rental units...

Do not move here if you can help it. So many reasons why. The appliances are old and outdated and when I moved in literally every one had to be fixed. The dishwasher, dryer, stove and water heater. It took 4 months to get anything fixed too. The flooring is absolutely disgusting. Huge stains all over the carpet and the laminate is lifting up. My car was stolen by someone in the building and literally nothing was done about it by management. There is also no security. The cameras don’t work. It is not worth a fraction of what they charge for rent. There is garbage all over the property. Only three visitor parking stalls. No recycling service. I could go on and on.
