Customer service stretched too thin- there were no staff members available to resupply shelves.I went to customer service to ask for sriracha, and the nice Korean woman explained to me that they're all out.I doubt they were out, they were just too busy to help some guy get a bottle of sriracha- but either way, if I'm dropping $30 on 2 bottles of sauce, please get your act together.

The security guard at Save ons stopped my elderly mother and assumed she was shoplifting due to walking too fast. The guard was very rude and unapologetic. Very odd as we are regulars since the location is close to our home.

Pretty good selection of food. Prices higher than other stores, so I only go here once in awhile.The staff are good sometimes but other times, I've stood and waited at the deli for over 5 min with employees seeing and not helping with getting meat from there. Self checkout employee was rude.

The people here are great. Shopping is up and down. You always have to check the dates of product. I have found many times that product is expired. The produce is also expensive and not the best quality. The people make the place. Plus it's close but that only goes so far.

I LOVE THIS STORE!!! The staff is EXCEPTIONAL!! It's like a small town feel that is Welcoming and Caring!! Great job and Thank U !! I live next door and really Enjoy walking through for the Hellos, Great Specials and most of all Your Awesome Staff !!!!!!! Panatella Save On Foods is the BEST!!

Went there on Saturday and right up front in cheese cooler is a green moody block of cheese. I have picture for proof. Be careful as it means they are not maintaining out dated stock.

You should post your holiday hours on your website.Many many people coming in and seeing your store closed 3 hours ago. Waste of time, fuel and money.

Amazing staff and store management team. If I’m lost looking for certain product staff walks me to correct aisle. Always so helpful. They are very understanding when mangoes I bought wasn’t great quality and refund with no questions asked.

The self serve machines have issues reading the digital card on my phone. This also happens in other save-on-foods locations. The cashier barcode machines work well though. Fix your machines. At Safeway, sobeys, freshco i have no problem with their self serve machines reading my scene card codes. I have tried all suggested options ( e.g. increase your phone screen brightness, use a peculiar phone swiping motion ) all with no success. What does it take to get the machine vendors to recalibrate their hardware.
