Booked a 26' truck, it was reserved for me.Show up and of course that truck is being repaired" and not availableSo now I have driven 15 kms and have to move that day. So I had to book a smaller sized truck not convenient.Come back after moving everything and I refueled the truck to the exact same level that I received it at and they tried to charge me an additional 21 for fuel surcharge.Luckily I took a picture of the fuel level at the start and end of day and got the charges reversed. Still incredibly insulting. They are looking to scam as much as possible"

It would help if the equipment reserved and confirmed was actually available. The clerk did provide alternate equipment at the same price, however, when the yard attendant went to hook up the trailer, he realized that it was defective, and had to replace it with yet another alternative. When he handed me the amended paperwork, the contract price had increased because the alternate trailer was larger. I complained about the price increase and he told me that it would be rectified upon my returning the rental. When I returned the rental, the clerk gave me a hard time and would not amend the price. I explained that the price was originally to be for a 4x7 trailer but that U-Haul didn’t have it available as promised. So they provided a 5x8 at the same price. When it was discovered that the 5x8 was defective, they switched it again to a 5x9, but failed to adjust the price at the time. I spent a half an hour arguing about it and explaining the situation (which the clerk failed to comprehend or even care about) until a manager came out and finally corrected it for me, with apparent difficulty. It was not a smooth experience. However, it was finally rectified.

Despite making a booking for mobile pickup, no vehicle was available at time of arrival. Had to delay my trip an additional hour while waiting for location to open. Vehicle was older model, despite many newer vans available. Staff however, was very friendly and helpful.

Too much waiting tiime for getring the trailer assigned and i have paid online but they dont use online payment instead they need a payment at counter and they need some one else phone no and they will call and the second person must aswer the phone. Unless the second phone no answer the call they wont issue the trailer, if i am single and dont have a second phone no.they wont issue the trailer.also took too long for the person to show up and hook up the trailer.

I don't understand why book the appointment for hitch installation and hitch item is not even there, thanks for not letting me know in advance. wasted my time getting there, cancelling other appointments for NOTHING.. the thing this company has done for me is the refund.This agent who's supposed to installing my hitch seems lazy, i believe his name is Tariq, have me so many excuses but when i wanted to refund, he was so quick on it. never coming here again.

Try calling them to set up an appointment to access your UBox. More than 15 calls and every time it will be kept on hold indefinitely. I really wonder why they even pick the calls. UHaul customer service is the worst I have seen in North America..

The manager at this uhal conducts business with the inclination of a emotional child. Has no sense of customer interaction or how to resolve simple conflict. If you are doing business at this location, just exercise some serious patience and don't expect the manager to help in any most of the other staff have more sense.

Had a great experience here! Super friendly and genuinely nice staff, swift transaction and organized lot. I left my credit card in the morning at the counter and they luckily held onto it till the end of the day for me!100% coming back here for my next tow!

Horrible experience. My granddaughter rented a 15 truck couple weeks ago. NO ONE took responsibility to do a thorough check before she left. Found out that there was water on a ledge inside the truck. Damaged furniture and clothes. When dropping off the truck that day

I booked 10 feet truck for moving and made reservations few days before moving and it was confirmed but when I reached the Uhaul location to pick up the truck it was not available at the location. The staff offered me 15 feet truck in the same price and the price per kilometre offered was 89 cents per kilometre. But at the end of the trip the price per kilometre charged to me was $1.41 per kilometre. There was a big difference of price. I refilled $30 gas but the gas level did not go up on the screen which seems something fishy. So I was overcharge by this location not only for kilometre price but also for the gas. I feel very disappointed. I may not book uhaul again. It was a very bad customer experience for me.
