busy saturday, impressive how only a few staff members assisted so many customers- especially since most have no technical knowledge and require a lot of help. big thank you to ronald(?) who was incredibly helpful with my project, I would direct anyone to this local shop!

I needed a small spotlight to mount above a wall-mounted mandolin. I tried all the hardware stores with large lighting sections (Home Depot, Rona, Lowe's, etc.) and couldn't find anything I liked. I came here and found the perfect fixture for only $25. However, when I got home, I realized that it was too close to the wall and only illuminated the headstock of the instrument, not the body. I loved the design, but it didn't work for my application. I brought it back to the store, and the manager modified it so that it cantilevered out from the wall, and didn't charge me for either parts or labour. It's perfect now - thanks so much!

Came here first and then to Vancouver Lighting across the street.Very happy we made our purchases here...about 50% of the cost and way better service. Highly recommend.

I have been in this store 3 times . Excellent customer service! William is patient and Helpful ,showing us the best choice for us not mindful about the moneywise but for our goodness, teaching us in detail about installation of the fixture we bought , He really demonstrate me a Five Star customer service !

Excellent customer service! Sharon is helpful, giving us advice on selection. William is patient, teaching us in detail about installation. We have been buying lights and clocks from this shop for the last 10 years. Good selection at reasonable price.

Loooooonnnnggg time customer!!! My family came in here last 2012-2013! Dealt with the same man who is always very helpful and mindful of $$$$!!! He helped us with a bunch of our light fixtures at home back then and now a new project that needs a 55’ led strip! Very very helpful!! Good job!!!! Hope this store stays forever!!!! And of course, grow

I am an electrician and i shop at this establishment. They have a great selection of LED parts and components for custom LED installs. They also have hard to find pot light trims to match existing pot lights in customers homes. Good pricing too!

I've been to a few light stores in my days but this one takes the cake, so trippy I loved it, I ended up buying for my dining room, above the fireplace, staircase, kitchen and also for the nook area, honestly I want to go back next week for the top floor, I liked the quality, the price the experience and the service we received
