Love this new, bright, vibrant salon!Both courtney and Lindsay are amazing stylists and offer exceptional customer service! They are fashion/trend forward but have also been in the hair game long enough that they can cater to all hair wishes and wants. Miranda is also amazing at what she does! Her nail work and art is spot on and she offers a very calming, down to earth energy.The salon is absolutely beautiful! Clean and bright! Their work goes way beyond behind the chair and it shows.Highly recommend, 10/10 service!

What a breath of fresh air, the stylists and the salon are so welcoming. Absolutely spotless and the staff are super friendly. Can’t wait to go back and have my nails done.

I really wanted to love this place. Unfortunately, it was fairly messy / dirty and looked like no one had the duty of cleaning up assigned to them. The decor is cute but the vibe is a bit mean girly. I heard they are new to being business owners, so hopefully over time they can improve on the cleanliness of the shop! Not sure if time will improve their attitudes though.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this salon! The girls are incredibly talented and knowledgeable. The decor is beautiful and the salon is spotless. The energy is welcoming and beyond friendly. Thanks girls, I can't wait to be back!

The hair lounge is a beautiful, inclusive, pristine, incredibly stylish salon. I am incredibly happy with the services (hair colour, styling and lash extensions.) Morgan, Lindsey, Miranda, and of course, Courtney, are all expert in what they do. 10/10. Everyone I recommend has come out extremely happy.

I am writing this review for my mother as she is an amazing cook, but doesn't quite know her way around a computer.What she does know is a good business when she visits one! My mom absolutely raves about Courtney and the team at the Hair Lounge. The vibe, the services provided, the professionalism, the way they treat their customers- all top notch! My momma is beautiful no matter what but boy does she look even better when she leaves this salon!She cant say enough good things about this place and i am so grateful the gang at Hair Lounge takes such good care of my Mom!

I have been going to Courtney for so many years and will continue to go and recommend her to ALL of my friends and family! She is personable, hilarious, talented with her work, and has the kindest heart! She has always made me feel so beautiful! She also has made my spouse feel much more confident about his hair by giving him the mullet of his dreams LOL! I could not recommend The Hair Lounge MORE! The staff is so warm and inviting and they maintain a gorgeous salon!

The new shop is a delight to visit! Stylists are friendly, welcoming , and extremely knowledgeable in their trade. The style is perfected to create a fabulous look for the client. Lindsay is continually engaging in professional sessions to bring the newest techniques and products to Thunder Bay!
