I actually think Chris was excellent, I brought in a paint chip from a old paint can I found in my basement needing a match. I had tried to get it from multiple places without any luck, this was my last chance and Chris was very friendly and was able to order it for me because they didn't carry it in the store. Will definitely be going back just to see Chris's friendly smile!!!!!!

We started buying from here when we moved to Barrie, over the last couple of years the service has deteriorated drastically. Love Dulux paints but I would not recommend the Hart Dr. store for a positive customer service. Absolutely terrible!

I left the Bayfield store because of the horrible service and came to the one on Hart dr. Andrew instantly greeted us and educated us on the paints then cashed us out. He was kind and professional. Thank you Andrew for your great service

Staff here are very knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. This store also carries almost everything you need for your painting project!Also, unlike most paint stores in Barrie, the staff here know how to properly match paint colours! Picked up a quart of paint to do touch-ups, and it was spot on!As someone who spent almost 20 years in the paint industry, I am very picky on who I would recommend. I do recommend this store!

Excellent service. Great products. 5 stars because they thought I was a mystery shopper and treated me like a king. To be honest the staff be is always great though, so it would have been a 5 star review anyway.
