This is very strange...dollarama is a very profitable business and they are at top there..their prices has gone up so much and yet they only have one cashier...there is always line up...Aldo today was better...may be because they are not as busy as before ..and they lost some customers for sure...

Very clean, friendly and hardworking staff. I go out of my way to shop at this Dollerama. Although the line can get long at times they usually have someone from the back come up and get us sorted as quickly as they can.Kudos to whoever the manager is there he/she is doing an amazing job.

Love/hate relationship with this store. I love it so much that I'm always there spending money. Well stocked but the cash is always understaffed. They don't have self serve and typically only have one cahier despite having up to 10 people in line. Some staff aren't very friendly. While others are super lovely.

This was my fifth visit to the store, and unfortunately, I consistently encountered long lines, which can be frustrating. What's even more disappointing is the presence of just one rude person at the billing counter. Among all the Dollaramas, this store would benefit the most from having a self-checkout counter. The customer service experience I had at the counter today was particularly unpleasant due to the rudeness of the staff. However, I'm pleased to share that a new self-checkout store has recently opened nearby, which brings me some relief.
