I attended House of Raina for a bridal consult, and their customer service was phenomenal. Raman was so kind, respectful, and helpful. She was able to answer all of my questions, but she also gave me and my family time to discuss everything I was trying on. The most important thing about any wedding vendor is trust and confidence, and you can definitely sense that the owners are trustworthy and reliable.

Raman and Megan are absolutely amazing! After spending a week shopping at other stores I was unable to find anything that I really liked. After only a one hour appointment with Raman I was able to get 7 out of 8 of my wedding outfits for the week. Raman was so great to work with and she really understood my style and concept for my wedding week and suggested things to me that I fell in love with immediately. I planned the majority of my wedding over Whatsapp and Facetime as I was in the US, and even while I was gone I was able to simply place an order over Whatsapp with Raman for more outfits. All my outfits arrived on time. Though some outfits did not fit right on arrival, and were either too big or too small, Raman made sure that alterations were made immediately and on time; I really appreciated her punctuality and commitment to making sure I was happy with the final product. Amazing service and a great selection of designers and can't wait to continue to get more outfits in the future!

Absolutely amazing customer service with quality designer clothing! Raman is a total gem. My one stop shop for all my outfit needs. They're very understanding and actually listen to work with you and coordinate with some of the top designers from India. My sister also got her wedding outfits and they were so great to work with. Along with Raman being so accommodating a special mention to Megan and Harkamal too! Thank you ladies for all the compliments my sister and I received!
