Doggie Latchkey is a great pet-sitting and home-sitting service. From the beginning, they have been responsive, flexible, and helpful-- especially around hard-to-schedule times such as for the holidays. I also appreciate the consistency in the sitters-- my cat has had the same sitter, Meghan, whom he really likes, each time I've needed a sitter. Meghan is great and provides timely updates and pictures, and I feel comfortable knowing my cat and home are in good hands while I'm away. It's hard to overstate the peace of mind I get while I'm gone, knowing that Doggie Latchkey has things well in hand. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs reliable, dependable pet-sitting services.

Doggie Latchkey is amazing! We are fist time users of doggie latchkey. We had a funeral to attend on short notice and we needed a dog sitter in two days. I reached out to Doggie Latchkey and Denise responded right away and got us set up with a dog sitter within an hour or two max! Lynn was our dog sitter. Lynn was great. I was nervous about leaving my little Luna with someone she didn't really know, but Lynn made it easy. She was very responsive and sent me lots of pictures and updates on Luna. The entire process was very smooth. Doggie Latchkey as a whole was a great experience. I highly recommend them and thank you again Denise and Lynn for helping us out on such a short, last minute notice. I will definitely work with them again in the future.

We have two very old doggies and thanks to Doggie Latchkey and Julie ! we were able to take a long needed vacation. We have 4 needy cats too, but Julie just ran with it and did an awesome job. We had an excellent experience with both.Doggie Latchkey was easy to communicate with, and matched us with a sitter who is suited us perfectly.Our sitter (R.) is pleasant, positive, and gave our young dog a great deal of caring attention, and coped extremely well with puppy-energy and antics. She communicated with us regularly and made us very comfortable during this first time away from our pup. She was also flexible, coping with several special requests, and cleaned up before she left - just a fantastic guest.We look forward to having Doggie Latchkey cover our dog-sitting needs again, and working with the sitter many times again.

Doggie Latchkey has been amazing to my fur baby India, Rochelle took amazing care of her when I was out of the country for work for a week. My fur baby has some separation anxiety, but Rochelle is just amazing! My fur baby was relaxed, happy and really well taken care of!Rochelle is so kind and caring, I received multiple updates on how India was doing and I was at ease and able to focus on work and the trip. I travel often for work and they’re life savers! I’ve recommended them to all my family and friends!

I have used Doggy Latchkey for weekends and evening drop ins. The bookings are FAST and I’ve only had one sitter/walker, APRiL who I met and is amazing. This is hands down the best pet sitting service we have used! Before we found Doggie Latchkey, leaving our dog was always stressful and we worried about him while were away. Now, we are 100% confident he is being well taken care of, played with and loved. Heather is his - and our - favorite sitter! She sends us pictures after every visit along with a text message about how our dog is doing and things she enjoys about him. This extra step is awesome!! Also, the prices are very reasonable and the staff is reliable.

My Family used Doggie Latchkey for two weeks. I can’t say enough good things about our sitter Cathi. I have two dogs and a cat. Cathi went above and beyond. One of my dogs is very nervous. I was concerned that she would have issues with us being gone. She fell in love with Cathi. Cathi sent pictures of all our animals at each visit. This made me feel much better about leaving them with a pet sitter. I will definitely use Doggie Latchkey again and request Cathi!

Our first experience with Doggie Latchkey exceeded our expectations! Booking was easy and our requests were followed up on very quickly (usually same-day). Our assigned sitter (Mary) took the time to get to know our dogs prior to our vacation and did a phenomenal job while staying in our home with our pups! Already booked more overnight stays! Highly recommend!

Great service. I used the pet sitting service for multiple weeks and the service was awesome.The manager Denise follows up and is quick to respond to inquiries. Sara the sitter also provided excellent service and daily pictures of the pets, she also helped with mail collection, trash collection and robot vacuum. Amazing work guys keep it up!
