new owners are doing lots of great things around the course and the staff is very friendly!!definitely worth a try if you haven't been down for a while

We didn't have a first good experience playing this course. We played in November on a cold day so asked the woman working the pro shop if we could rent a cart that had a windshield to which we were told we would get whatever cart she pulled out for us, which ended up not having a windscreen.We also had a group of members behind us screaming at us to hurry up on every hole when we were waiting for the group in front of us on all 18 holes.The course itself has a nice variation of holes and was in good condition especially for the time of year. The greens were very small and all turtle back greens so very hard to hold them but if that doesn't bother you the course is overall nice, especially for the money.

We had the pleasure of enjoying the stay and play package at River Oaks Golf Club this weekend. The golf course was challenging and well maintained. Every staff member went above and beyond to give us exceptional service. We will be back! Ed and Darlene

The wife and I had a great time playing here. Excellent staff. Only drawback we found, do not try and book online as it is not this River Oaks. Staff were gracious enough to find us an opening. Will call next time we book a tee time here. Beautiful course.

Beautiful course in Meagher's Grant. Nice blend of hilly/woods holes, and the very pretty riverside holes. Can get quite windy on the front 9, and depending on conditions, blackfly central on the back. Looking forward to playing it again!

New owner has put a lot of work into the course, playing way better than past years. A lot of holes along side water and they have cleared some trees to open the course up for ease of play and the views. Definitely worth another try for those who haven’t visited in a while.

The course is the best shape ever. Greens were good and we liked all the changes. The restaurant is beautiful and the staff was great.

Great course, member there over 30 years and best shape ever. Great for any level of golfer and corporate tournaments too. Great people and good food. Have a golf pro there now and lots of staff. Try it out yourself!

Good course. Friendly staff. Greens are small and fairways ok but a challenging course and very quiet. Pretty scenery. There are lots of staff working on the course to make it better. It is a little drive out of the city to get to (approximately 40 minutes) but l will definitely be back.
