Took my Defender in for replacement transmission under warranty after 400kms, terrible service couldn't get a update unless I called several times. When we bought the machine it was registered to can am under someone else, was told it was changed never received any paperwork to prove that. After months of waiting for a transmission, and no updates from service I showed up to find out that a transmission had shown up. When I picked it up they couldn't give me the proper paperwork about the work done, was told dont worry the service manager will call you when hes in to discuss it and reach out to can am about warranty ". Its been weeks no phone calls

Bought my seadoos here and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Everywhere else tries to screw you on prices or hidden fees. Not here.

We bought seedoo from them last year and picked up our second one. Darcy is sales was outstanding for both and we for sure will be returning. Thanks for the amazing service

Bought a can-am outlander last year. Noticed there was an issue with the intake. Seemed to be a defect from the factory. I reached out to D’Arcy the salesman I bought it off of and he directed me to Nikki in service. She submitted a warranty claim through canam. There was no response for a few months. I reached out again and they warrantied the issue without approval from canam. This is the meaning of customer service. I am very happy with how I was treated through the whole buying process and I’m glad they stand behind what they sell.THANK YOU PERTH POWERSPORTS!

I have been a customer of Perth Powersports since 2016 and have bought new ATV, Ski-Doo and 2 Sea-Doo's from them since then, even recommended them to friends. But after today they have lost me as a customer. When I dropped the Sea-Doo's off to be serviced and have the recall done on the seats, they refused to replace the one which clearly has excessive movement on one side and is making an odd sound, the seats are falling off these things, it's a safety issue with parts known to fail suddenly and cause injury. The three people I dealt with were dismissive at best, even had the service advisor who originally came out, tell me thats not what was recalled, despite BRP sending out notices, then when the Tech confirmed that it was the recalled part, she tried to blame me for causing the problem. The 2 Techs said it was normal despite only the one Sea-Doo doing it, on one side and the known problem with these seats.

Bought an outlander 570 from perth powersports. Marc was extremely informative and patient with all my questions. Sales process was simple and smooth, no hidden fees and silly markups. Had a minor technical issue which the service dept remedied quickly with ease. Tremendous support. I've recommended this dealer to friends and will continue to do so. Five stars no doubt.

This dealership is bad poor service and did want my business so i buy a Yamaha grizzly and Recently stop in looking for a side by side same poor service.. I will go to ottawa and buy one if I want a can am. Sad want I just live down the road .
