Purchased a new hot tub that was delivered in December 2021. Excellent service from Tammy and the rest of the team. Since having it installed, they have been very helpful for learning about hot tub maintenance . We have thoroughly enjoyed it!

Just had my swim spa delivered! Excellent service through the whole process. Knowledgeable staff and prompt delivery. As the spa is in a new build I haven’t filled it yet. Tammy reassured me that once I have it up and running she’s only a phone call away if I need assistance ! Highly recommended!

Purchased a Swimspa in early summer. Received the Swimspa a few weeks ago. The guys did an amazing job with the install (smaller yard).I have never owned a hot tub or pool and was a little lost when it came to testing and chemicals. Tammy at Water & Wellness was a fantastic coach. She helped me understand the tests and which chemicals to add. It was much easier than I thought. Tammy has sent me videos and links and has answered all my emails and questions in record time. I appreciate all the help and wonderful service I have received from everyone at Water & Wellness. Great place, fantastic products, and amazing people!

Tammy was awesome to deal with, keeping us in the loop regarding our back-ordered part for our tub! Right when the part arrived she sent Derek, the hot tub tech out to our house within days. He was very helpful in answering all the questions we had. Would highly recommend Water & Wellness! We will definitely be using them for the life of our hot tub. Thank you!

We heard the advertisement on the radio for water and wellness. Their zone hydrotherapy hot tubs sounded very interesting. We visited the store having slim idea of what we wanted. We where greeted by Tammy Shular who listened to our ideas and needs and then she shared her wealth of knowledge of their hot tubs. She gave us her email and any questions we had after we left she was quick to respond. Very happy with their service.

We had a great experience at Water & Wellness, Valerie Shular was very knowledgeable, and helped us, answered all our questions when deciding what hot tub to purchase we love our hot tub. We just bought a new hot tub from them and it couldn’t have gone better. Valerie Shular made the sale so easy and answered all my questions, the new tub was what I wanted at a price in my budget, and delivery was so fast, it was 2 weeks from purchase to delivery, AND THEY TOOK THE OLD BROKEN TUB AWAY!!! Saving me a giant hassle and tipping fees at the dump. The whole staff there are very knowledgeable and have all the chemicals you need on hand, and have always been able to order parts for my old tub even though it was not a popular brand. I have been going to them fo all my needs for over 10 years now and definitely for a longer now
