Yaad and his team were just incredible. It was our first renovation project and Comor Construction took all the stress and worry away, from the detailed cost breakdown to the daily check ins and finishing on time. Everyone was friendly, very professional, punctual and attentive to our concerns. The high quality work and attention to detail was very evident in the finished work. We will definitely be using Comor for future projects!

Yaad and his team did an excellent job! It is so hard to find reliable tradespeople and I'm so pleased with the outcome of my bathroom renovation. When I sent a list of a few minor deficiencies, Yaad came back right away to resolve. I even caught him on his hands and knees scrubbing my new tiles. I especially appreciated Yaad's knowledge and the time he takes to listen to you and troubleshoot/offer solutions. Because the project took place during the pandemic, the project manager was always clear and open about potential impacts (e.g., on product delivery times) and did everything possible to reduce the effect on the customer. We hired Comor Construction Inc based on a strong referral. We needed drywall repair, full paint, electrical, bathroom and closet repairs on an older apartment in the West End of Vancouver. All I can say is Wow!! They were able to start within days of initial contact and finished on time and even a little under budget. The apartment looks amazing and we had rave reviews from prospective tenants during viewings. Five Stars !!!!

Their professionalism was unbeatable and they made the whole process so much more manageable - they went above and beyond to advise us on every stage, from budgeting to floor plans and design, and construction.We renovated a 3500 sqft home completely , took out a crawl space to add a media room and gave the exterior a paint to modernize it.Yaad was always available, no call or question went unanswered. He would source multiple quotes for everything we did - we felt more at ease knowing every person we hired had been well researched and compared to others too.Yaad was completely transparent and honest with everything - he has great taste and gave us lots of different Ideas to ensure extra details were added in to make a statement throughout the house.He was also upfront with the updates on budget, was quick to identify possible problems with changes to structure or design within the house and every verbal estimate he gave was so accurate. He completed our project ahead of time, even during the height of Covid.We can honestly say comor construction treated this project as if it was their own, with so much thought and care going into every piece of it.We truly enjoyed working with them!!

We had two bathrooms completely remodelled by Comor Construction. Yaad was great to work with. Also, all of the trades he used were very good. We are very pleased with the work that was done. Yaad is a perfectionist which is a good trait in a contractor. And, he had some great, creative suggestions which made the final result even better than we imagined. He also coordinated all of the trades so that the job was done quite quickly. I highly recommend Comor Construction.
