Service was slow I was the only customer In the store and it took at least two or more minutes for a staff member to even acknowledge the fact I was standing in the line ready to order I felt ignored and was turning around to leave when one of the staff finally came over to take my order

They do not offer plain tim bits for dogs. Also, they don't offer other cookies when they do the smile campaign. I'm allergic to the pink icing

Staff was pleasant but no chili, no pastries we ordered. Even after ordering we had to substitute because they only had one pastry left. This was during lunch hour sobyouveould think they would have menu item available.

This is one of the best Tim Hortons i have visited. Always serve fresh and delicious food and beverages. All the employees are very Nice and welcoming.

Ordered an iced cap and a doughnut. Pretty simple order. She took my money, got my doughnut and then turned around to ask the girl that I now see is cleaning the iced cap machine, how much longer she said a while. I got my refund and left.

Coffee and donuts were ok but we were second at the till and waited over 5 min for service... had to wait while 5 drive through customers got priority service... there should be a staff member dedicated to in store service i recomend you order at the drive through then park, bring it in and relax.

I would give it a no star if i could the coffee always tastes burnt and staff are not friendly i drive the extra 10 minutes and go to cash town Ray is such a delight to see shes always smiling and happy such a great asset to the team she is why I will continue to go to cash town.
