Just had a wonderful experience at Reggie's Performance Automotive. We found out about this repair shop through my good friend and colleague Clint, so we decided to book an appointment.Initially, my wife and I went in to have the Blower Motor replaced on our 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander and upon inspection were told that our Tie Rod was loose. Of course, this is a major safety concern so we definitely wanted to get that replaced ASAP. Not only were both Reggie and Clint incredibly accommodating, but they also ordered the parts required, received the parts and performed the service within 90 minutes of our vehicle entering the shop.We would just like to point out the attention to detail that is paid at this location. Our visit was simply for an AC inspection, and we potentially could have been driving around on the highway with a lose tie rod that could have separated at anytime. Thank you so much for your service and for keeping our vehicle safe. We will definitely be returning here - the community is lucky to have you!
