Park Insurance - North Burnaby

I chose Park Ins because the are close to my home. I got a letter from ICBC saying my personalized plate was ready and after several calls to Park, who said it hadn’t arrived, I called ICBC, and I was told an Agent from Park put my plates in the “destroy pile.” Who in their right mind puts brand new plates in with ruined, busted, delaminated, old plates?I had to wait an additional 2 week on top of the 6 I already waited because the plates had to be ordered again. When the plates finally came and I went in with DL and Registration docs in-hand, the agent kept asking silly questions “which vehicle?” Look at the registration docs I just gave. “You don’t have TPL.” No because if you look, I have Stratford private coverage.I didn’t ask for anything. Park Insurance should have personally reached out and apologized and compensated me one way or another for their mistake. I had to call into PNP ICBC and hear about the mistake from them.

Our Insurance professional is Kaleena. She is knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We will continue to use Kaleena as she makes the experience very easy for us. We trust and enjoy her wonderful personality. Thank you Kaleena for making life much simpler.

Needed to have a rush ICBC insurance renewal, so I called to see if they could do it on the go. Cindy was really awesome on the phone and gave a list of things they’d need. When I got there Andrew just took cared of everything and made the process super simple. And the cost was much lower than I expected, too. Totally a great experience that’s for sure!

I will highly recommend this company as this is the first time an agent has actually taken the time to go over our auto coverage and made sure we had the maximum discounts. Leanne was a very pleasant and knowledgeable agent. We will definitely use Park Insurance again.

After having a horrible experience at the Park Insurance at Kingsway, I was lucky enough to find Kaleena at the Hastings location and haven't looked back. Kaleena is a joy to work with, she is charismatic and extremely knowledgeable. I always feel like I have been taken care of when working with her. I would highly recommend Park Insurance for any insurance type and make sure you ask for Kaleena!

When I crashed my car, I called ICBC who was very polite, concerned and nice about the situation. They told me that I would want to call the insurance company I was under (Park Insurance) for added help.When I called, they treated my situation as a problem for them and as if I was a burden to them. When I asked questions, they sighed or acted like I was asking the stupidest questions ever. They gave no help, didn’t cover me at all, and I had to pay $200/month for it. Worthless

Hopefully I have the Right office our Broker Andy was professional, had a sense of humor explained everything to us. Highly recommend. Park insurance. Takes a lot to impress me. He certainly did.

We are so happy with Park Insurance after moving our insurance over 2 years ago. Not only do we receive a courtesy call in advance of our renewal, Leanne takes the time to ensure that our coverage is still meeting our needs & to advise if there have been any changes that we need to be aware of.
