Made a snap decision to move to a larger home in Red Deer and bought a quick possession home from Ryan James in Red Deer. We strolled up to the show home on a cold wet spring evening 30 minutes before it was scheduled to close to get more information and Ryan warmly welcomed us, gave us a tour and even took us to other properties that were available. We never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase. With the home buying process Ryan was honest, knowledgeable and always responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. Definitely recommend.

Very arrogant and unprofessional. Gave an offer on the house a month ago. No contact back.Edit,Thank you for reaching out finally,My biggest question is, how do someone decide what's my budget? If there is a crystal ball then please share with me.Also, when I offered dollar figure for that particular house because the house on the same street built by bedrock, similar specs sold at certain price per square feet. I atleast expect similar price and that is fair to ask if you think from customers prospective.I received few calls last year from bedrock to buy a house but when time came you guys aren't serious enoughto work out with customer.Anyways, I am clear at what I am looking for and if you can't do anything about the offer then atleast don't try the sales tactics like We can show you something in budget"My offer wasn't baseless

We started to hunt a new house last 2020, till we found this very nice location in a new community in Liberty Landing, Red Deer, Alberta. We met Lorna and Amanda, Sales Agents and Ryan, Construction Manager of Bedrock Homes on this location. We were amazed on the models of their houses, till we finally decided to make the deal with them. They were really easy to work with and accommodating. They were able to deliver our dream house come true. Bedrock Homes is highly recommended for everyone wants to live in a affordable and beautiful house. We did our house hunting back in January 2023 for 4 days while selling our Ontario home. The moment we stepped into the house, we fell in love with it! We did check other homes but we kept coming back to it. Rohit worked with our realtor (Adnerys Armstrong - super amazing realtor!) and he made this home purchase possible! He was always available when we needed him and he always provided updates. He was easy to work with, friendly, and patient. When we finally met him during the key turnover, we loved him! We loved working with Mohammed Ghounash! My husband and I are/were first home buyers and had no clue what to do or what the correct processes were. Mo was able to explain everything to us easily and really made the experience great for us. We would recommend him to anyone looking to buy with Bedrock. We actually already know we’ll need to upgrade to a bigger house in a few years and hope to work with him again on our second house!

The only reason I’m giving it a 5 star is because Bedrock homes is very lucky to have Bruno on their sales team. He has been nothing but professional and caring. He could have easily put us on the backburner after making a sale with us. Bruno has been very quick to respond (during and after the possession of our home), always quickly willing to help us troubleshoot issues that weren’t within his area of expertise and he was very knowledgeable in the home buying process.Thanks Bruno for all you’ve done for me and my family.

I was very impressed by Bedrock Homes! I have bought new builds in Ontario before moving to the Red Deer area and I can say with confidence that Bedrock goes above and beyond - especially in customer service.Ryan James was our main contact and he was very open to communication and all the questions my wife and I had. Garth met with us once for a walkthrough while Ryan was away and carried the same level of service. We also had an amazing home walkthrough regarding service maintenance and warranty with George LeBlanc which was super valuable as well.The house was finished with excellent quality. So far I have not found any issues with workmanship and am impressed, to say the least, as I am a pretty picky homeowner.I highly recommend anyone looking in the area to look up Bedrock Homes!

Amazing sales team! Doug and Daria were awesome to deal with from the beginning of negotiating all the way to our move in date and beyond. Derek the construction supervisor was great as well. Our home was completed on time and on budget.
