Probably the street address is indicated wrongly; there are not exist a building with number 45053 on Ocean Park rd. in Surrey. On Google map the location of HPL Medical Equipment Inc. is pointed to 1834 Ocean Park Rd, Surrey. There are no any businesses there, just only private houses. No any sign-plats or shop-signs on the street.I assume if a fair business is registered by the private house location, it should have a correct address (or do not demonstrate address at all, just post-box number) and say on the website it works online only.+++ (the same day later)+++ The owner of business has phoned me and confirmed my guess: they work online only and do not retail as a small shop. Have a good luck to this business! I increase the number of stars for them now.

I got 6 washable, reuseable and very absorbent underpads for my daughters night-time potty training and they have worked wonderfully. The $10 price for each was awesome compared to the $25 to $40 I was quoted elsewhere. Shipping was fast, arrived on my doorstep 2 days after I ordered them.
