Parks West Dental Centre

Have been a regular patient for a good many years. Staff have always been friendly, courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic.

A year ago a dentist in the shoppers mall in Hinton clean my teeth and we done the paperwork send to Alberta Blue Cross a year later and descend a bill to them in the send a check to me and send it to the dentist office to pay for the bill so the bill is under my name I had to pay it they're the one that can't screw up the paperwork I tried to explain to the secretary in the nurs explain better to them but the hang up the phone for no reason they asked me when I'm going to pay the bill I didn't know the check was made under my name that was not the dentist so I came with the pay this bill but the dentist the secretary hang up the phone on me trying to explain better to them so they're not getting any funds with me we can fix this problem hope it doesn't happen to nobody else

Always a professional and friendly environment, I use to be nervous going to the dentist but Parks West always makes my family and I feel comfortable and taken care of whenever we go.

They were extremely accommodating with regards to my schedule, but i was not satisfied at all. Third time I saw them, I was experiencing extreme pain because they incorrectly adjusted my bite concluding my previous appointment for a cavity. During the third appointment, they tried to adjust it again without anesthesia, which was brutal and I had to tell them to stop after approximately 40 minutes of struggling. Following this, I was supposed to head back for a fourth appointment, but decided to see another dentist. The new dentist dealt with the necessary work to be done appropriately, and I've had no issues with that area; However the work conducted by parks west has not recovered, and I'm still experience extreme sensitivity to hot and cold after a year of recovery. I'm extremely disappointed with the work that was done by Parks West, and would caution anybody with dental issues in the near future. In addition, i've found the administrative staff extremely unpleasant and seem extremely defensive.

Parks west dental is our family dental clinic and has been for along while now. The staff are very nice and so helpful with accommodating our busy schedules to fit us in for our appointments in a very timely manner. Staff makes us very comfortable when we arrive for appointments , I recommend them for all your dental needs!!

I hate the dentist but, Will was awesome and he made me feel comfortable it was pain free quick and easy and I was getting my wisdom tooth pulled !

Getting my tooth filled for the first time the lady, Lori (dental assistant) was so so compassionate, understanding and helpful!!! I really appreciated how she made me feel and how she validated my feelings. It made the whole experience so much better!!! Also the dentist did an amazing job, very considerate, quick, kind and efficient!! Made my first filling as stress free as possible. Thank you team! :)
