Elegant Nails and Spa

The ladies here are very rude and yell at their clients. They made my wedding nails atrocious, they curved way too much into my nail bed and it was so uncomfortable that they hurt and I had to file them myself before my wedding and ultimately ended up having to cut the corners off myself because they hurt so bad. They also filed my nails way too thin which made my acrylics impossible to remove because now my natural nails are too fragile. Don’t go here.

I just moved to the area and needed to find a new nail salon and boy they did not disappoint!The attention detail, application and service was absolutely amazing.I will certainly be coming back regularly.

Been coming here for awhile now and it never disappoints! Allie is my girl my nails are always perfect and even the other ladies there do amazing! , my pedicures are always perfect and I never feel like I am rushed like other nail places I have been to ,they are always so friendly and welcoming. This is the only place I will go to and you should too!!

My best friend and I both got pedicures, our nails look great and the technician did a great job exfoliating and smoothing our feet. There weren't many staff but everyone was very friendly. We were welcome to sit in the massage chairs and chat for as long as we wanted after our toes were dry. I'll definitely come back!

I have been going here for about a year now and I am always a happy client. It is always clean and they post their sterilization reports which is nice to see. My nails always look fabulous and my hands and feet always feel so nice. For my wedding in September, they were able to create a unique galaxy" nail art for me which was amazing. I always get compliments on my nails :)"

I was very disappointed in my experience here. Tried twice and both times my nails looked awful. They broke within a couple of days. I called to hopefully get the situation resolved and was told I was out of luck.

As one of the few places open on Sundays, surprisingly they accepted me as a walk-in. The spa is very clean and upscale and the ladies were friendly. I received a pedicure and was happy with my service. Would highly recommend and will be a return customer.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews but if you’re going to spend the money for a service you expect it to be done well. I came in for a shellac pedicure. The lady doing my nails did not even cut my toe nails she filed them for a little bit and cut the skin around them and that was it. Hardly buffed my feet, there is still dry skin on my feet that normally gets buffed off when I get pedicures. When she was rinsing off my feet at first the water was freezing cold and then scolding hot to the point where it was quite painful. I went home and my shellac is still sticky and dull, in some spots almost transparent. For 56$ you would expect to be satisfied with the service. Unfortunately will not be using their service again. You can go to a different nail salon, pay less, and be very satisfied with the service.
