We purchased 3 chandeliers for our custom home and installed them in December and 4 months later more than half the lights are not working. Even the assembly was wrong and they had to drop off parts so our electrician could install them. Now we are calling the owner and she said she will come and fix them and doesn’t know why they stopped working. I get an email where we can buy them online. Finally decides to show up after numerous calls and texts and leaves without fixing them. She was very nice when we made the purchase but after service sucks and would not recommend this company to anyone. Stay away from this company and take your business elsewhere. As a small family business owner myself I like to support local businesses but this store did not live up to expectations. Aweful customer service so please do your homework to avoid headaches in the future. I would give zero star if I had the option.
