Used to be so good 5 years ago, what happened? All the rolls and sushis taste and look like its been prepared days in advance, nothing fresh, avocados are brown and sour. Service is horrible, they serve you beer hot like its been sitting on the oven.Such a waste of potential for a great restaurant.

This is our families absolute favourite all you can eat sushi restaurant! The quality is really great and there are so many options. It can be a little bit and miss at times but they’ve kept us coming back for year .

Edit: While I still stand by my original review, I have since ordered Maki trays on 2 occasions from Banc Sushi on delivery, and the quality has been outstanding each time. I am changing my review from 1 star to 3 stars based on the Maki rolls alone.I don't make this review lightly. This is the only sushi place within walking distance of our house so we really wanted to love it! Unfortunately, that is not how it turned out. This review will serve as a reminder of why we won't be back...there are way better places within a 10 minute drive. Even if it is the most affordable AYCE around, it's not worth it for me.The good:- Chicken teriyaki had a pleasant grill taste and a hint of sauce- The sushi was tasty, but the rice underneath seemed a bit fresh and messy- the Maki was not too badThe bad:- Miso soup just ok, tasted primarily of green onions.- Shrimp Tempura was cold when it got to the table- The chicken skewers are unlike any that I have ever tasted before- Asian spicy beef just tasted like plain beef and onions, no sauce discernable- The wakame salad was visibly dry and old- Sesame chicken was cold and had a soggy texture kind of being previously fried and then reheated, tasted more of hp sauce and vinegar- The spicy/crispy Maki rolls were soggy, almost dampI requested a piece of avocado sushi, It didn't come. So I requested it again and received underripe avocado chopped and wrapped in seaweed - the picture shows sliced, fanned avocado on rice with no seaweed.

Food is gross and tasted like nothing. The shrimp dumpling was my last straw, it was weirdly steamed and the edamame smelled musty. Overall, the food was gross… I starved myself for this and it still tasted terrible.The first few orders weren’t even right, felt like they were trying to fill us up with wack food like fries and steamed broccolis. The service was ok until she voluntarily gave us the bill for us to leave even though some of the orders weren’t completed. It was $32 for dinner. Will not be going back.

Disgusting sushi. Wet rice, no use of rice vinegar. Look at the quality of the fish in the picture I shared. I'll be damned if I don't get the tummy ache tomorrow.Food overall it's extremely bland and flavorless. Low quality cuts of meat and fish. They cheap out on providing food items with higher food costs such as the beef short ribs.I don't recommend, stick with Sushi Kan or 168 Sushi if you want decent AYCE sushi

Decent all you can eat sushi with a few extra options you don’t always see elsewhere. It’s always fun to see the robot servers too. Service was good and the place was clean (although a bit dated). Sushi wasn’t too heavy on the rice which you sometimes see in other ayce spots.

$30 for limited selection dinner.Immediately the ginger that comes with the wasabi was old, dry and inedible.Ambiance is nice, it was so much better here 5+ years ago.I doubt I’ll go back even I love sushi. I go once a year or less just to hope they get better but I’m always disappointed.The floors are so greasy you have to be careful walking to the washrooms and back to your table. The iPad and robot server is disgusting and the whole place needs a deep cleaning.I have to say this place is usually packed. It wouldn’t be if it was in Japan as everything there is incredibly immaculate and clean.Far from the case here.The guy didn’t believe me that my daughter was 10, I had to show him ID!!Fail.

It is my second time in this place, the first time was normal, but the second was the most horrible experience I ever had with the buffet. The meat (beef) smell of vinegar is so strong which means it is broken. They try to make it something instead of just throwing it into the garbage and the taste was so bad. Shrimps had the same story. Salads smell like a fridge that had food inside for so long without electricity. The worth experience ever. I hope me and my 3-year-old son will not get sick tonight because I didn't eat just tried, hopefully, it is not enough for the stomach to be intoxicated.Also, the muscle was burned and dry and when I try to take it out it was impossible. The dish which suppose to be shrimps and mushrooms, but I got mostly mushrooms and only 2 shrimps on the entire plate. Strongly do not recommend this place.
