Took something in to get an name engraved on it. They gave a date in a week later for pick up. Went back on that date and not done. Said they were just about to do it. Came back next day and STILL not done. Waited while it was done. Not impressed. Took 5 min to do. Got home and looked at engraving under a magnifying glass and.....NAME IS SPELLED WRONG!!!! Will not go back there ever. And will not refer anyone to them either.

Good business to use. Helpful when you're in a rush. Pricing could be a bit better but is still competitive considering their great service.

I had something engraved, they priced it and examined the piece before engraving. When I picked up the piece it was UPSIDE DOWN! when I mentioned it to the lady at the counter she suggested I was holding the item wrong, that I didn't look at the item from the right angle.I would be never recommend or go back to this place for that reason. If the customer service had been a little less with the finger pointing I may not be so disappointed.
