Very professional, kind and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend this place. I called at least 10 places before this one and another 5 after and this place gave me an incredible rate that I couldn't find anywhere else. Very good for currency exchange!

Rates are good but the big inconvenience is that they only take cash. Apparently their “machines have been not working” for the past year that I have been doing transactions with them. So every time I go there, I have to make another stop at the bank to withdraw money.

Do not recommend. Went to exchange for usd, one guy at one window, four people ahead of me. Waited 25 minutes and the line hadn't moved... single employee still dealing with the same guy, and taking lengthy phone calls as well. Eventually took my business elsewhere and will not return.

I am satisfied. They gave good rates. Me, my father and my mother, all three of us had a large amount of US dollar to exchange. They exchanged it upfront. No making appointment necessary. I will recommend this place.

I sold some gold directly to the Owner, Fares Sultan. His price was the highest of the 3 sites I went to. He was honest, professional and great to deal with and talk to. I would definately go back, and highly recommend him.

I exchanged a small amount of money at Sultan and immediately after, my car battery died in the parking lot. An employee readily agreed to give me a boost, and the store owner, Fares, offered to help me find an affordable towing service and mechanic if needed. The kindness and generosity of the Sultan staff made my day!

Using their currency exchange service for quite long time. Descent business and good efforts on owner's side to satisfy customers. Staff that I was dealing with is always friendly and helpful. Not thinking that negative reviews are fair. Exchange rate is changing through the day, I would suggest to check the most current exchange rate over the phone prior to coming not to have any surprise.
